1. Acceptance of Terms
By using WashWing you agree to these terms. WashWing LLC operates at 767 Broadway #1482, Manhattan, NY 10003.
2. Services
WashWing is an on-demand laundry pickup and delivery marketplace connecting customers with laundromat partners and drivers in New York City.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for your account security.
4. Customer Terms
- Minimum order is 10 lbs
- Pricing is per pound based on your selected plan (Wing Basic, Wing Plus, Wing Pro)
- Payment is collected at time of order
- Cancellations must be made before driver pickup
5. Partner Terms
- Partners must maintain minimum 4.0 star rating
- Partners are independent contractors not employees
- Security deposit required before going live
- WashWing pays partners weekly via Stripe
6. Driver Terms
- Drivers must pass background check
- Drivers are independent contractors not employees
- Security deposit required before first delivery
- Drivers are paid per delivery via Stripe
7. Claims and Liability
- Maximum liability per item: $150
- Maximum liability per order: $500
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
8. Privacy
Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal information.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
